Senior Appointment at Enerjisa Enerji

Enerjisa Enerji continues its people-focused transformation journey under the vision of "a better future for everyone" with new leadership. Berrin Yılmaz has been appointed to the position of Chief Human Resources and Culture Officer (CHRO) at the company, effective 1 November 2025.

Enerjisa Enerji is continuing its human-centred transformation journey in line with its vision of "a better future for everyone" with new leadership. Berrin Yılmaz has been appointed to the position of Head of Human Resources and Culture (CHRO), effective 1 November 2025.

Enerjisa Enerji, which leads Turkey's transformation in health, energy and sustainability, carries out electricity distribution and retail sales operations, and makes significant investments in energy efficiency, e-mobility and renewable energy through customer solutions and the Eşarj brand. The company is moving its people-centred transformation strategy into a new era under the leadership of Berrin Yılmaz.

Enerjisa Enerji CEO Murat Pınar made the following comments on the appointment:

Enerjisa Enerji's newly appointed Head of Human Resources and Culture (CHRO) Berrin Yılmaz commented on her new role as follows:

About Berrin Yılmaz
Berrin Yılmaz is a human resources leader with national and international experience in creating people-centred organisational cultures, organisational transformation, leadership development and employee experience.

Throughout her professional career, Yılmaz has held positions at many important companies in Turkey and around the world. She served as Human Resources Director at Sabancı Holding from 2017 to 2018, as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Akçansa from 2018 to 2022, and as Human Resources Director (CHRO) at Sabancı University since 2022.

In these roles, Yılmaz has played an active role in strategic processes such as cultural transformation, leadership programmes, talent management and the establishment of digital human resources systems.

Yılmaz completed her academic education at the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Business Administration and Bilkent University MBA Programme. She has also completed leadership, change management and coaching programmes at renowned institutions including London Business School, Ashridge Business School and Stanford University.

Throughout her career, Yılmaz has been recognised with numerous national and international awards for her people-centred leadership, including the Eczacıbaşı Award for Creativity and Innovation (2001), International Coaching Federation Global Prism Award (2012), Investor in People Gold Certification (2019), Stevies Award (2021) and the Golden Leader Best CHRO Award, which she won consecutively for two years (2022 & 2023).

Outside of business, Yılmaz pursues nature walks, skiing, tennis and sailing. She is a member of PERYON, YenidenBiz and UN Global Compact Target Gender Equality.
