DYO's "Colorful DYOLOGs" Bring Colorful Conversations Every Saturday

DYO, one of the leading companies in the Turkish paints sector, continues to contribute to the development of society's aesthetic and intellectual values. The second edition of the Colorful DYOlogues conversation series, which was first held last year, is being organized once again through a collaboration between DYO and AURA İstanbul. The first digital event of this year's series took place on Saturday, 30 May at 15:00. The guests of the live broadcast on DYO Boya's Youtube channel were musician Ayhan Sicimoğlu and Serter Karataban, architect and founder of Team Fores. They held an engaging discussion on urban culture, architecture and gastronomy. Ayhan Sicimoğlu, who is a musician, traveler and food enthusiast, shared many memories from his travels and identified India, Kathmandu and Africa as the most colorful countries he has visited. Sicimoğlu described Senegal as the "Grandmother of Colors," noting that every shade of red is present in that country. The speakers emphasized the importance of preserving the texture of colors in urban culture and cities maintaining their own distinctive color identities. Within the scope of Colorful DYOlogues, speakers participating in live discussions broadcast every Saturday at 15:00 on DYO Boya's Youtube channel will address many different topics. Speakers will discuss topics ranging from world cuisine to art, from architecture to travel, and the colors that the cultural fabric of the lands we inhabit adds to our lives.
