Doğuş Teknoloji has been successfully running its Young Talent Internship Program "Entrance to the Future" since 2017, continuing to connect young people with the technology world in their early career stages. In addition to the existing program, the company is offering a strong career opportunity centered on inclusivity this year through the "Entrance to the Future+ Accessible Young Talent Program," specially structured for young people with disabilities. Doğuş Teknoloji's Young Talent Internship Program Entrance to the Future does not only introduce young people to technology; it offers a holistic development and career model that positions them as individuals who produce, develop and create value. This year, with the Entrance to the Future+ program, structured with a focus on accessibility, also taking place under the same umbrella, the company aims to create a more inclusive and sustainable talent ecosystem.

A Career Experience Creating Value with Technology
Entrance to the Future is open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year university students, recent graduates and master's students, offering a multi-layered development space that brings together education, mentorship and professional experience. The program, which has received over 55,000 applications to date, has enabled over 1,200 young talents to gain experience, with 284 people joining Doğuş Teknoloji for full-time employment. The program is positioned not merely as an internship for young people, but as a strong starting point for a long-term career journey.

Artificial intelligence-supported interview applications used in the candidate evaluation process of Entrance to the Future support the process to move forward more quickly, objectively and accessibly. The evaluation structure offers an inclusive approach centered on candidate experience. Young talents accepted into the program get to know diverse projects and work areas by taking part in different teams over the first two weeks under the rotation model; from the third week onwards, they continue their internships in the team of their choice, gaining a more focused experience. Through this structure, participants both develop their technical competencies and strengthen their perspectives on the business world in multiple ways.
