Despite challenging pandemic conditions, Dinçer Lojistik closed 2020 with 65% growth compared to the previous year and a total investment of TRY 65 million, making a rapid start into 2021. Aiming to invest approximately TRY 100 million in 2021, Dinçer Lojistik expanded its distribution and storage network, managing 97% of its distribution volume through its own distribution network and vehicle fleet with the newly commissioned transfer centers and regional warehouses it has begun operating. Having completed its structure designed by integrating digital infrastructure, Dinçer Lojistik will provide nationwide service with 100% of its own distribution network by year-end. Having achieved compound growth exceeding 88% over the last three years, Dinçer Lojistik also focused on new investments in 2021. The company decided to expand its distribution network in 2021 by commissioning new transfer centers and regional warehouses, developing a structure that provides customers with both regional storage and distribution services from relevant locations with approximately TRY 100 million in investment. Dinçer Lojistik is also converting some existing warehouses into larger and consolidated facilities in line with customer needs, both improving processes and providing cost advantages. Having opened the planned Erzurum Region, Diyarbakır Region, Afyon Region, Istanbul European Region and Tekirdağ Region facilities, 97% of Turkey's distribution volume is now handled by Dinçer Lojistik's own distribution network and fleet. Mustafa Dinçer, Chairman of the Board of Dinçer Lojistik, which differentiates itself within the sector through integrated and solution-focused structural investments, with a mission to shape Turkey's logistics industry and R&D center infrastructure to adapt its services to world standards, noted that Dinçer Lojistik will stand out in 2021 with new investments and customer-focused solutions, stating: "We are a company that distributes to all 81 provinces of Turkey with our widespread distribution network across all transportation modes, and we aim to be one of the strongest players in Turkey.

We reach our customers in many provinces with regional warehouse/regional warehouse services under long-term contracts with Turkey's leading brands, and in addition, in line with customer demands and needs, we are increasing our effectiveness in shipping and storage services from the relevant provinces, reverse logistics, and pallet logistics services," he said.

Target: contribution to customers, sector, employment and national economy

Mustafa Dinçer, stating that they continue to create differentiation as Dinçer Lojistik through new warehouse investments, expressed that the driving forces in their structure supported by digital technologies are strengthening logistics networks especially at the regional level, thereby minimizing delivery times, increasing delivery frequency to raise service quality to the highest level, developing same-day delivery models for customers, and contributing to the economy and employment:

"We implement these investments by carefully analyzing customer needs and demands and organizing forward-looking plans for these demands well. As of 2021, with our warehouse investments, we provide 97% of our distribution volume in Turkey through our own fleet and our own distribution network. We aim to increase this ratio to 100% by year-end.

First and foremost, we indirectly contribute to both regional and national economy. In this context, we procured 300 new vehicles. On the other hand, by recruiting approximately 500 new personnel, we also support employment. We currently serve our customers in 17 provinces and 35 different locations. Together with our newly opened regional warehouses, transfer centers and consolidated warehouses, our storage service area increased from 250,000 m2 to 300,000 m2. As the only company in Turkey with an ADR-compliant partial distribution network dedicated to the chemicals sector, we provide more effective, faster and higher-quality service."

Technology-supported solutions in warehousing services

Providing integrated logistics services to its customers in line with growing e-commerce volume, Dinçer Lojistik produces warehousing, value-added services (VAS) and technology-supported solutions in high-standard storage areas in terms of security and service quality. Transfer centers supported by TMS system, known as transportation management solution or transportation management software, differentiate themselves from competitors in the transportation field through this software by means of daily shipping operations, statements compliant with commercial laws (U-edts, ADR), digital reporting services and optimization achieved in processes. Dinçer Lojistik uses the TMS program in all its processes that helps plan the physical transportation of both incoming and outgoing goods and ensures that shipping is carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and legislation. Through the WMS system, another infrastructure used by Dinçer Lojistik, goods and order management operations, value-added services, transportation management, inventory management, labeling and RF scanner operations and many other processes can be recorded and traceability can be ensured. The WMS System also supports providing value-added services to customers through advanced reporting and making analytical decisions in management processes.
