Psychosocial Support Hotline for Earthquake Survivors

Psychosocial Support Line for Earthquake Victims Yeşilay, with the aim of providing psychosocial support to earthquake victims, has launched the Yeşilay Danışmanlık Merkezi (YEDAM) Psychosocial Support Line, staffed by 258 clinical psychologists and 125 social service professionals. As of 12 February, the Yeşilay Danışmanlık Merkezi (YEDAM) Psychosocial Support Line has begun operating through the number 444 98 01, providing psychological first aid to individuals in need.   Following the initial consultation with the individual, psychosocial needs are identified and consultations are arranged accordingly. As the process progresses, online or in-person meetings can be conducted based on the individual's needs and guidance from the specialist psychologist.
