Children Affected by the Earthquake Not Forgotten TOÇEV (Tuvana Reading Eager Children Education Foundation), which set out in 1994 with the motto "Reading is every child's right" and has reached over 8 million children through its work to date, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. TOÇEV, which touches children's lives and provides them with material and moral support, began its anniversary events with the season's acclaimed theatrical production "Love's Labour's Lost" (Aşık Shakespeare). The play, in which Uraz Kaygılaroğlu and Nezaket Erden shared the leading roles, was staged to bring hope to children affected by the earthquake. The proceeds from ticket sales for the production at Zorlu PSM will be used for basic education activities for TOÇEV children affected by the earthquake. TOÇEV Founder and Board Chair Ebru Uygun made the following remarks on the subject: "We sincerely thank everyone who came to this special production by purchasing tickets. A year ago, we all experienced the disaster that changed our lives, and our country sustained damage. The pain is still within us. We pray for God's mercy on all our losses. From the very beginning, we have made every effort to help our citizens and children, and we will continue to do so. We will continue on this path with approximately 100 children from Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman and Hatay provinces who will receive educational support within TOÇEV. With the proceeds from ticket sales of the 'Love's Labour's Lost' production, we will enable our children to continue their basic education. We thank the actors of Love's Labour's Lost who stood by us during this process, as well as the producers Çolpan İlhan & Sadri Alışık Theatre and Zorlu PSM."
