Danfoss Holds Another Training Session for the Refrigeration Sector

Danfoss Cooling Systems organised practical training for company representatives on micro-channel heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers and refrigerant reduction. Danfoss Cooling Systems conducted practical training on micro-channel heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers and refrigerant reduction for approximately 20 representatives from different companies in August. The training, delivered by Danfoss Heat Exchangers (HX) Global Application Specialist Mustafa Yanık, took place in the AND Plaza Workinton training hall where the Danfoss Turkey office is located. The full-day training highlighted refrigerant reduction of up to 30% in micro-channel heat exchangers and energy efficiency benefits of plate heat exchanger technology, while also addressing global trends in refrigerant reduction and F-Gas regulations. The training also covered anticipated increases in refrigerant prices in the coming period, the shift towards natural refrigerants due to tax increases, and provided guidance on effective cooling and heating performance with reduced refrigerant volumes. At the conclusion of the training, a micro-channel heat exchanger was demonstrated in operating condition on the Danfoss Cooling Training Unit. This enabled participants to observe micro-channel technology in action while also experiencing the internal converter-equipped scroll cooling system firsthand. Danfoss will continue its sectoral training programmes throughout the year.
