4th International Zinc Conference to Begin on 9 May

4th International Zinc Conference Kicks Off on 9 May The 4th International Zinc Conference (Europe) organised by the International Zinc Association (IZA) and GALDER, representing Turkey's hot-dip galvanising sector, will bring industry professionals together at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul Hotel on 9–11 May 2022. The International Zinc Conference – Europe, postponed again due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will bring together industry professionals from around the world in Istanbul with its rich programme. The International Zinc Conference, to be held on 9–11 May, shares current information on global and regional zinc metal market trends, focuses on sub-sectors including hot-dip galvanising, continuous galvanising, foundries and brass industries, and addresses sustainability standards. The one-and-a-half-day conference will conclude with a tour of galvanising facilities. The conference will feature speakers from among the world's leading industry stakeholders, technical experts and senior analysts. As an international event, all presentations will be delivered in English, and simultaneous interpretation into Turkish will be provided.

Special Registration Rates Available for GALDER Members

With the delegate registration fee set at EUR 1,950, the registration fee for Turkish and foreign staff of companies in Turkey (those holding work or residence permits in Turkey) has been set at EUR 350 due to the conference being held in Turkey. Host and co-organiser GALDER is offering its members an additional discount of EUR 100. Members of the conference's supporting organisations, Istanbul Copper and Brass Industrialists Association, TUCSA (Turkish Structural Steel Association), TÜDÖKSAD (Turkish Foundry Industrialists Association) and YİSAD – Flat Steel, Export and Industrialists Association are also entitled to a EUR 50 discount.
