Betek Boya Head Office Receives 'Green Office' Diploma

Betek, through its partnership with WWF-Turkey initiated in 2018, has successfully completed conservation and improvement efforts and became the first company in its sector to receive the Green Office Certificate. In order to use natural resources more efficiently and avoid depleting them during production, Betek Boya continues its environmentally friendly and sustainable projects. Betek Boya's headquarters office qualified for the Green Office certificate, making it the first office in its sector to earn this certificate.

Environmental Management System Established

Within the scope of the Betek Headquarters Green Office program activities conducted under the leadership of WWF-Turkey (World Wildlife Fund Turkey), various studies were carried out. Following activities including water conservation, waste management, waste reduction and efforts to increase individual awareness among office staff, Betek Boya established its own environmental management system for the Headquarters Office. The Green Office program can be briefly defined as a conservation and improvement program implemented in offices. This program is part of WWF-Turkey's (World Wildlife Fund Turkey) strategic approach, and this approach aims to reduce humanity's pressure on natural resources and reduce its ecological footprint.
