AYSAF to showcase new trends, technologies and opportunities on 13-16 November 2024

With significant experience in footwear and related industries, our country stands out as Europe's largest manufacturer by number of pairs. In this context, AYSAF, the sector's most established and largest fair celebrating its 35th year and bringing together all stakeholders, will present new trends, technologies and opportunities across six halls simultaneously in a total area of 52,100 m2 on 13-16 November 2024.

Products that will catch your attention at AYSAF:

• The first and only adhesive machine in Turkey providing 40 percent savings. (Saves on materials and supplies used. A successful machine capable of doing the work of five people with just one person. Saves on raw materials and labour.)
• Unique in the world. Three-colour sole printing with a single-colour mould.
• Design registered in Turkey; in addition to fitting standard feet, air circulation from the bottom is achieved through bubbles in the sole. Air circulation in the sole provides healthier posture. A new domestic production project: gel-based shoes suitable for children's feet.
• Safety shoes with special production that achieves air circulation inside the foot, absorbs sweat and evaporates it away from the shoe, preventing odour and fungus buildup on the feet.
• Lighter and more comfortable shoe design with thermal insole bases providing long-term foot comfort.
• Shoes made from breathable, waterproof synthetic leather with 100 percent fabric appearance. The only diamond blade sole cutting tools in Turkey
• Automatic cutting machines capable of 3,000 cuts per day
• Domestic production vegetable-tanned shoe toe puff and shoe lining leather. Unlike the chrome product always used, compatible with nature for 150 years. When released into nature, it can be consumed and destroyed by insects and other animals.
• Robotic system automatically shaving the leather parts of safety shoes
• Occupational safety clothing and shoes produced with threads that do not conduct static electricity
