We Have Stories to Tell #ReaksiyonAkademi #WeHaveStoriesToTell project welcomes Sales and Marketing Manager Dr. Yasemin İlhan on 25 November 2021. Chemical Engineer and Feng Shui-Chinese Astrology specialist Dr. Yasemin İlhan's seminar on "Chinese Astrology Guidance in Business Life" will be held on Thursday, 25 November 2021 in the Remziye Hisar Hall at Haliç Head Office, and on Saturday, 27 November 2021 in the Aziz Sancar Hall at our Factory in Dilovasi Organized Industrial Zone. The Eight Pillars of Destiny, known as Chinese astrology BaZi calculations, is ancient knowledge spanning 6,000 years. Calculations based on the cycles of the Moon and the partial movements of the Sun are grounded in the theory of five elements. The BaZi system, which examines a person's destinal themes and life cycles in specific periods, employs 12 symbolic animals. The fundamental belief of this philosophy encompasses the interaction of the universe's terrestrial and celestial energies and the balance of Yang (masculine) and Yin (feminine) elements. Dr. Yasemin İlhan She completed her undergraduate and master's education at Istanbul Technical University Department of Chemical Engineering, followed by her doctoral education at the Max Planck Institut für Kohlenforschung Research Institute in Germany. She worked for a period as a Senior Teaching Assistant at a private university and served as a board member of her family's construction firm. Returning to corporate life in 2016 in Sales and Business Development positions, Yasemin İlhan continues in the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at Reaksiyon Kimya A.Ş. She is involved in the development of the company's Sales and Marketing Strategy, as well as in processes related to social responsibility projects and new business models that support the company's cooperation with international platforms. In her capacity as Regional Director of EWMD Women in Management Association Turkey, a role she has held for some time, she supports efforts to advance women employees in management positions and their development. Fluent in German and English, Yasemin İlhan is the mother of one daughter.

What is the #WeHaveStoriesToTell Project?

Within the demands of active business life, we work hard to develop our professional skills. We receive training from both our managers and company experiences as well as from professional training organizations. These activities related to the left side of the brain help develop a person's IQ capacity. EQ, or emotional intelligence, is defined as intelligence encompassing characteristics such as self-awareness, self-management, motivation, relationship management, perseverance, impulse control, and the ability to share others' emotions, and research shows that individuals with high emotional intelligence are those who establish good relationships in their family and social environments, achieve success more easily, produce more, and advance faster in their careers. In light of these considerations, the Reaksiyon Kimya Marketing Department created the "We Have Stories to Tell" project within #ReaksiyonAkademi, and with this project it is planned to identify the interests of employees and have them share these with other employees through Thursday meetings.
