Three New Executives Join Abdi İbrahim's Management Team
Turkey's healing power Abdi İbrahim has made three senior appointments. Ayşe Eralp has become International Markets Human Resources Director, Cenk Çetin has become Rare Diseases Marketing and Sales Director, and Göker Gökçe has become Production Supply Development and Efficiency Director.
Abdi Ibrahim, Turkey's health-improvement force, has made three senior-level appointments. Ayşe Eralp has taken up the position of International Markets Human Resources Director, Cenk Çetin as Rare Diseases Marketing and Sales Director, and Göker Gökçe as Manufacturing Supply Development and Productivity Director.
Abdi Ibrahim, which has held an uninterrupted leadership position in the Turkish pharmaceutical sector for 23 years, continues to strengthen its highly experienced workforce and advance without pause on its sustainable growth journey.
Ayşe Eralp: International Markets Human Resources Director
Ayşe Eralp is a graduate of Marmara University's Department of Political Science and International Relations. She began her career at George Clothing Turkey as Logistics Chief. She subsequently served as Supply Chain Regional Controller responsible for Turkey, CEE and MENA regions at Marks and Spencer.
During her tenure as Supply Chain Manager at GNC Turkey, she contributed to the restructuring of operational processes. She later held successive roles at LC Waikiki including Export Manager, Project Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator and Business Partner (MENA, CIS & CEE), Human Resources Business Partner responsible for the European region, Global Retail Human Resources Business Partners, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Internal Communications Group Manager.
Following LC Waikiki, Eralp served as Global Human Resources Director at Kısmet by Milka, and subsequently as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director at Dürümle, where in these roles she led significant global-scale projects in the areas of organizational culture, performance and talent management, and digital human resources.
As of October 2025, Ayşe Eralp has taken up the position of International Markets Human Resources Director at Abdi Ibrahim, where she will lead the strengthening of the company's human resources structure on a global scale and spearhead strategic transformation.
Cenk Çetin: Rare Diseases Marketing and Sales Director
Cenk Çetin is a graduate of Middle East Technical University's Department of Biology. He completed his master's degree at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in the field of Hemapheresis. Çetin began his career in 1997 at GST Medikal, where he held various positions in sales, product and marketing management.
In 2007, he joined Bayer, serving as Product Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and Business Unit Leader. During this period, he held leadership roles in therapeutic areas including oncology, hematology, MS, PAH and ophthalmology, responsible for Turkey, Iran and North Africa.
From 2021 onwards, Çetin served as Specialty Business Unit Director at AbbVie, and in 2024 also took on the Eye Health portfolio. He was responsible for managing business units in the areas of neurology, anesthesiology, neonatology, hepatology and ophthalmology.
As of October 2025, Cenk Çetin has taken up the position of Rare Diseases Marketing and Sales Director at Abdi Ibrahim, where he will direct the company's marketing and sales strategies in the rare diseases field.
Göker Gökçe: Manufacturing Supply Development and Productivity Director
Göker Gökçe is a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Department of Mechanical Engineering and has over 25 years of international experience. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where Gökçe held critical project roles in manufacturing and engineering.
At PepsiCo, he held successive roles as Eastern Europe Engineering Manager, Europe Senior Engineering Manager and finally North America Engineering Director. In these positions, he led the implementation of capital investments, manufacturing excellence, digitalization and sustainability programs.
As of September 2025, Göker Gökçe has taken up the position of Manufacturing Supply Development & Productivity Director at Abdi Ibrahim, where he will direct the company's manufacturing and supply chain investments and lead the implementation of productivity-focused strategies.
