Taking over from Ahmet Zeytinoğlu, who was appointed Sodexo Poland Chief Executive Officer as of January 2026, Koçak will manage the company's strategic transformation and sustainable growth objectives for the coming period.
Career background
Bora Koçak is a graduate of Galatasaray High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences, Business Administration programme. He began his professional career as an Operations Manager at Mistral Turizm. Joining Sodexo in 2003, Koçak held critical positions including Business Development Specialist, Support Services Manager and Business Development Director. Also managing marketing and communications functions, Koçak made significant contributions to the growth of facility management and catering services across Turkey.
