New Era at Seranit: Bayram Nadir Erze Appointed General Manager

Seranit, a major building-materials manufacturer in Turkey, has undergone a change in senior management. According to a company announcement, following Fatih Kıvanç's departure from his position, Bayram Nadir Erze, an experienced figure in the sector, has been appointed to the General Manager role.

Erze, who previously held the same position between 2020 and 2023, stands out as someone with a firm grasp of the company's corporate structure and production vision. In the new period, Erze is expected to focus on technology-driven investments, sustainable growth strategies, and expansion of the export network.

Bayram Nadir Erze completed his undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Erze began his career at Bayramoğlu and subsequently held production positions at industrial companies including Şişecam and IVECO. He later served as Production Manager at Atermit before continuing his senior management career at Kale Endüstri Holding and Optima as General Manager and Board Member.

Serving as General Manager of Kızılay Barınma Sistemleri during the 2024–2025 period, Erze has rejoined Seranit with over 20 years of sector experience. The new management period is aimed at accelerating steps to increase the company's competitive strength in global markets.
