Esra Labernas Atış Appointed Finance Director at Santa Farma İlaç

Santa Farma İlaç, one of Türkiye's established domestic pharmaceutical companies, has strengthened its senior management team with an experienced appointment. Esra Labernas Atış was appointed to the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position effective 5 February. Atış will report to the CEO.
Santa Farma İlaç, one of Turkey's established domestic pharmaceutical companies, has strengthened its senior management team with an experienced appointment. Esra Labernas Atış was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of 5 February. Atış will report directly to the CEO.
Esra Labernas Atış brings 23 years of finance experience and is recognized for her expertise in financial management, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, internal controls, process improvement and strategic decision support. Her experience is expected to make a significant contribution to Santa Farma's financial strategies and sustainable growth objectives.
23-Year Finance Career
Atış is a graduate of Istanbul University's Department of English Economics and holds a Certified Public Accountant license. She began her professional career in 2003 at KPMG Audit, where she worked on various audit and IPO projects.
Transitioning to the pharmaceutical sector in 2012, Atış worked at Daiichi Sankyo Turkey until 2018 as Finance Group Manager reporting to the Country General Manager. Between 2018 and 2024, she served as Budget, Financial Reporting and Control Manager at Menarini Turkey.
Most recently serving as Finance Director for Unilever Turkey and Central Asia with financial leadership responsibilities across a broad geographic region, Atış will lead Santa Farma's financial management processes in her new role.
