A graduate of Koç University's Department of Economics, Neslihan Kara has held various positions in finance across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa during her 20 years with Nestlé. Drawing on her long years of international experience, Kara has led strategic initiatives in the areas where she has worked. Recognized for her commitment to employee engagement and contributions to operational efficiency, Kara will lead Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages Turkey's growth and transformation journey in her new role.
