The certificate, awarded following an independent research and evaluation process, is based on analyses conducted in accordance with feedback from employees regarding their experience with the organization, satisfaction levels and workplace culture. In the evaluations, ASAŞ earned the certification through its performance in areas such as trust, belonging, employee development, team spirit and workplace happiness.
