High Power and Flexibility in Adhesive Curing DELO has developed a line lamp for curing adhesives and other multipurpose polymers. DELOLUX 301 is suitable for highly automated operations in space-constrained production lines. The lamp delivers the fastest curing rates and excellent integration flexibility for production lines used in consumer electronics assembly. For example, thin-film solar cells can be laminated using it. With the addition of this line lamp to its product range, DELO expands its offering of area and spot lamps. The DELOLUX 301 can cure adhesives and other multifunctional polymers at maximum speeds and with large working distances of up to 100 mm from lamp to components thanks to its extremely high intensity of up to 30 W/cm2. The lamp's compact lamp head dimensions of 42.7 mm x 13 mm x 67.2 mm contribute to high integration flexibility in production systems. The DELOLUX 301 can be used as a single head or seamlessly combined to create larger arrays. Users can quickly implement both individual and homogeneous exposure geometries when lamp heads are combined in up to three directions. For example, a row of lamps can be used for roll-to-roll lamination of flexible thin-film solar cells, where moisture ingress protection provided by adhesives such as DELO PHOTOBOND LP4115 is frequently required for cells made from organic materials and perovskite.
