ŞA-RA Enerji, which operates in the energy transmission and distribution infrastructure sector, completed its public offering conducted between 8-10 July 2026 with strong investor interest. In the public offering led by Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., demand of 3.77 times was collected for the sale of shares totalling TRY 6.23 billion.
As one of the largest initial public offerings completed in the first seven months of 2026, company shares met investors on Borsa Istanbul under the trading code "SARAE".
Investor interest high across all groups
ŞA-RA Enerji's public offering attracted strong interest particularly from investor groups with high demand.
According to bookbuilding results;
12.90 times demand in the high-demand investor group,
5.01 times demand in domestic institutional investors,
2.74 times demand in foreign institutional investors.
With these results, the public offering process was completed with strong participation from both retail and institutional investors.

Distribution to over 729,000 investors
Under the public offering, shares with a total nominal value of TRY 89 million were distributed to 729,560 investors.
Under the distribution;
728,823 domestic retail investors,
344 high-demand investors,
115 domestic institutional investors,
15 foreign institutional investors,
263 company employees
received shares in the company.
Allocation rates were 38% for domestic retail investors, 10% for the high-demand investor group, 2% for company employees, 25% for domestic institutional investors and 25% for foreign institutional investors.

ŞA-RA Enerji Chairman R. Mertay Türk stated that the interest shown by investors demonstrates confidence in the company's 41-year history and future vision.
Türk thanked all investors who participated in the public offering and said they will continue their investments aimed at increasing production capacity, expanding export markets and adding value to the Turkish economy. He said they aim to advance the company's growth journey further with new partners.
Exports to over 100 countries
ŞA-RA Enerji, founded in 1985, provides engineering, manufacturing and contracting services in the fields of energy transmission and distribution facilities, energy transmission lines, transformer stations and telecommunications systems.
Operating in nine production facilities in Adana, the company ranks among the sector's leading producers with annual steel production capacity of 200,000 tonnes, three hot-dip galvanizing facilities with 250,000 tonnes capacity and a bolt-nut manufacturing facility with 70,000 tonnes capacity.
Employing approximately 1,000 staff, ŞA-RA Enerji continues to contribute to Turkey's energy and industrial exports by conducting exports to over 100 countries.
