Form Şirketler Grubu, one of the established companies in the air conditioning sector, announced that it completed the first half of 2026 with performance aligned with its targets. In the second half of the year, the company aims to increase the share of exports in growth, focus on energy-efficient products and strengthen operational efficiency.
Form Şirketler Grubu demonstrated strong performance in export-focused business lines, central air conditioning systems and VRF solutions during the first six months of the year, while heat pumps, air handling units and refrigeration units stood out among product groups supporting growth. In the individual air conditioning segment, sales activity increased with the start of the summer season.

In the second half, the company will prioritize improving manufacturing lead times, continuing automation investments and strengthening its position in existing export markets. Additionally, improvements in inventory management, production planning and supply chain processes are aimed at increasing operational and financial resilience.
Form Şirketler Grubu plans to strengthen its position in the markets where it operates, particularly in Europe, through high-value-added products and engineering solutions, while also evaluating opportunities in new markets from a long-term value creation perspective.
Form Şirketler Grubu Chairman of the Executive Board Tunç Korun stated that the first half progressed in line with targets, noting that export-focused business lines and central air conditioning and VRF systems made significant contributions to growth. Korun said that in the second half of the year they will focus on strengthening their positions in existing export markets, increasing the share of high-value-added solutions and making operational processes more efficient.
Korun also emphasized that energy-efficient products, central air conditioning systems, VRF solutions, heat pumps and low-carbon technologies will continue to support sector growth, noting that rising demand for heat pumps in particular will accelerate producer investments. He added that Form Şirketler Grubu maintains its year-end growth target of 10 percent on a euro basis with strong cash flow and financial discipline.
