Kapeks Kimya, a leading Turkish manufacturer of underground and surface blasting products, will conduct demand collection for its initial public offering on 12-13-14 August.
Founded in Ankara in 1996, Kapeks Kimya serves the mining, quarrying and construction sectors with a broad product portfolio including ANFO, emulsion explosives sensitive to priming and capsules, electronic and non-electric detonation systems and shock tubes.
The initial public offering of Kapeks Kimya Sanayi shares (Ticker: KPEKS) will be conducted on 12-13-14 August 2026 through a consortium led by Ziraat Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and Türkiye Sınai ve Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş., with Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as co-lead. The initial public offering price for Kapeks Kimya has been announced at TRY 94.00.
