Forecasts show that in the age of digital transformation, 1 in 2 companies works with more than 10’IT suppliers and technology service providers, while, as preparations for the 2025 IT budget begin these days, technology leaders' consolidation and cost optimization efforts have also accelerated.
With just a few weeks left until 2025, CIOs and CTOs leading enterprises' digital transformation and technology processes have begun their budget preparations. The growing appetite for technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud is also reflected in the figures. It was noted that 9 out of 10 companies expect an increase in IT spending in 2025. Research results conducted by EY show that 1 in 2 companies works with more than 10 IT suppliers, while cost improvement and IT consolidation have become a priority for technology leaders. This has increased the search for local technology companies like PEAKUP, which develop comprehensive solutions for different business needs in digital transformation processes.
Sharing his assessments on the subject, PEAKUP CEO’Ahmet Toprakçı said, “Technology is changing very fast, and as businesses try to adapt to this, the technology stacks they use are also growing. At this point, the importance of providers that offer customer-focused service, are competent in running projects at different scales, and have the technology capacity to respond flexibly and agilely to companies' changing demands is increasing. As PEAKUP, working for more than 12 years with the vision of preparing society for the future with technology; with both our expertise in Microsoft solutions and our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions developed with our own resources such as Velocity, PassGate, and SIGNandGO, we are ready to be the strongest touchpoint of businesses' technology experiences in the new fiscal year as well,” he said.
1 in 2 help requests coming to IT departments is about "password reset"
Stating that flexibility in digital transformation and developing institution-specific solutions is possible by focusing directly on real and daily problems, PEAKUP CEO’Ahmet Toprakçı said, “For example, IT departments are obliged to operate large-scale technology infrastructures and carry out digital transformation projects on one hand, while on the other hand IT departments are expected to respond to time-consuming help requests such as “password reset.” It is known that 20% to 50% of requests coming to companies' IT help desks are password reset requests. Based on the insight that this situation is a significant productivity loss for businesses, we developed PassGate, a completely self-service password reset solution. Employees can easily reset their passwords via SMS, mobile application, or web panel. Our password management solution PassGate, which has been actively used since 2019, is just one of the flexible solutions that PEAKUP offers for different business needs and that directly impact performance. With this approach, PEAKUP saves businesses time and, as a reliable technology provider, brings innovation to all business needs,” he said.
“The main goal is to make technology accessible”
PEAKUP CSO KadirCan Toprakçı, stating that PEAKUP's software-as-a-service solutions focused on daily operations not only facilitate business processes but also promise security, speed, and sustainability, shared details about other products in the following statements:
“In addition to PassGate, our Velocity and SIGNandGO solutions serve our goal of making technology accessible, which is one of our most fundamental aims. Based on the fact that today all business processes are largely carried out through digital communication, Velocity stands out as a digital employee engagement platform that brings together head office and field employees. Velocity, which organizations can customize
according to their own cultures, provides all employees across the company with capabilities such as following announcements, document access, and sharing feedback. Employees can track their colleagues' birthdays or anniversaries through this platform, which they can access both from mobile devices and via the web. Human resources department managers, on the other hand, can organize employee surveys and collect feedback through this platform. Velocity, which can be activated in just 18 minutes, brings the entire company together on a digital platform in general, establishing an internal communication and collaboration network.
On the other hand, SIGNandGO, which allows employees' email signatures to be managed from a single central system, offers a highly innovative solution to another invisible problem. Email signatures are an important area in terms of displaying brand identity to other stakeholders and ensuring corporate consistency. SIGNandGO offers the ability to manage all employees' mail signatures from a single location at company scale, distributing a burden that is usually attributed only to IT teams among marketing, human resources, and IT departments. With SIGNandGO, which can be set up and used in 16 minutes, brand consistency is maintained while email signatures can be turned into a marketing tool with designs such as launches, announcements, campaigns, and service promotions,” he said.
Used by more than 1 million people
Reminding that, in addition to its own solutions, PEAKUP also offers infrastructure, data management, licensing, and artificial intelligence solutions with its Microsoft expertise, PEAKUP CEO Ahmet Toprakçı concluded his assessments with the following statements:
