Maroon Group LLC Acquires The Cary Company's Raw Materials and Specialty Chemicals Distribution Business

Maroon Group LLC, recently acquired by Barentz International, has announced the purchase of the Raw Materials and Specialty Chemicals distribution business of The Cary Company ("the Business"), a specialist distributor serving the paints and coatings, adhesives and plastics markets. The transaction represents an ideal fit with Barentz's strategy in North America of supporting customers and key suppliers through industry-focused sales and technical teams with dedicated regional coverage. The management team led by Brian Ehlert will continue to actively manage the Business on a daily basis and remain based in Chicago, Illinois.
