KRÜSS Continues Expansion

The company is on a gradual growth trajectory following the promotion of its global sales and marketing director to senior management, with an unwavering customer-centric approach. Gordon Peters took on the role of complementary general manager for KRÜSS's finance and commercial divisions at the start of this year. As the eighth-generation representative of the family, Florian Weser, who heads the Hamburg-based scientific measurement instrument manufacturer KRÜSS, has thus gained an experienced partner. With the takeover of the division, KRÜSS continues to pursue the company-wide growth and resource utilization strategy that Weser has maintained since joining as a managing shareholder in 2012. From 2019 onward, as global sales and marketing director, Peters prioritized networking and ensured that sales, marketing, technical support, and applications and science departments became increasingly customer-focused in a cohesive manner. Peters consolidated all matters by establishing a customer support center that served as a contact point and competently addressed customer requests in collaboration with the departments. To intensify customer communication internationally, Peters established direct agencies in various sales regions that were previously served by trading partners.

The company appears poised to sustain growth

With Weser serving as general manager responsible for R&D and production and Peters responsible for finance and commercial operations, it appears the company will continue its growth trajectory.
