Against this backdrop, limited growth is anticipated, while operational efficiency and cost discipline are positioned as priority strategic areas.
Despite flat sales, Clariant is targeting profitability improvements. The company is forecasting a modest increase in core EBITDA margins for 2026, with the ongoing cost reduction program expected to support margins. A significant portion of the efficiency programme, which targets total savings of CHF 80 million by 2027, is said to be completed in 2026.
The company, which demonstrated operational performance above expectations in the final quarter of 2025, has demonstrated its commitment to continuing its dividend policy for shareholders.
