Azelis Expands Footprint in Asia Pacific

Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food additives industry, has announced the establishment of its presence in Bangladesh, a new country for the group. Opening its first office in Dhaka, Bangladesh is an integral part of the group's organic growth strategy aimed at strengthening its footprint on the South Asian continent and providing customers with additional solutions and expertise. Azelis' rapid growth in South Asia, supported by its partners, has enabled the group to invest further in geographic expansion. Bangladesh, one of the world's fastest-growing economies, is an important hub offering numerous new business opportunities in key markets within the life sciences and industrial chemicals sectors. Azelis' Bangladesh office completes more than 30 offices in the region, serving the pharmaceuticals, food, agriculture, CASE and personal care markets. This new expansion brings Azelis even closer to its customers in Bangladesh, deepens customer proximity and supports growth in Asia Pacific, while also enabling closer collaboration with business partners and reducing complexity for sales organizations. To ensure continued business excellence and the appropriate expansion of Azelis' culture and vision, Vivek Pandey, an Azelis India employee with more than 16 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry and strong visionary and management skills, has been appointed Country Manager for Bangladesh. Pandey is relocating to Dhaka with his family.
