CEO Transition at Archroma Archroma, a leading provider of sustainable specialty chemicals and solutions for the textile, packaging and paper, paints and coatings industries, has announced a transition plan for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Heike van de Kerkhof, who has been Archroma's CEO since January 2020, will step down from her position effective 30 April 2023 to focus on other career opportunities. Mark Garrett, an experienced industry executive, will assume the role of interim CEO. Archroma's Board of Directors has initiated a comprehensive search process to appoint a permanent CEO and has engaged a leading executive search firm to evaluate both internal and external candidates.

Heike joined the company as CEO in January 2020 and has meaningfully advanced the company's sustainability, innovation, and customer-focused business model, while successfully completing the transformational acquisition of Huntsman's Textile Effects business unit, which will significantly enhance Archroma's ability to serve its customers and markets. We thank Heike for her significant contributions during this important growth period and wish her continued success in her future endeavors." He is a proven leader and an excellent choice to serve as Archroma's interim CEO. The Board has strong confidence in Archroma's leadership team and is focused on continuity during this transition period."
