Stay Home with İş Sanat

During these days when we are dealing with a global pandemic, İş Sanat is presenting video content prepared by local and foreign artists under the hashtag #işsanatlaevdekal on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram IGTV to art enthusiasts. Special contributions created by artists from around the world for İş Sanat are also included in this series. Videos recorded at home by members of the Italian baroque ensemble L'arpeggiata, which performed at İş Sanat last season, in various cities across Italy, and recordings prepared by violinist Fabio Biondi, who performed with Europa Galante at İş Sanat this season, have taken their place among the finest examples of music's unifying power. The renowned names of poetry and story recitations, which have become an İş Sanat classic—Tilbe Saran, Metin Belgin, Bülent Emin Yarar and Hakan Gerçek—are performing passages from unforgettable works of Turkish literature especially for the "Stay at Home with İş Sanat" broadcasts. Selections from the works of artists who have been guests at Kibele Art Gallery since its establishment are also being shared through İş Sanat's social media accounts. Kumbara magazine, the children's digital platform of Türkiye İş Bankası, invites children to read books, spend quality time with entertaining activities and watch children's plays staged at İş Sanat last season via www.kumbaradergisi.com. All concert recordings whose artists have granted permission under Stay at Home with İş Sanat are being shared with viewers through İş Sanat's YouTube channel. The first of these shares was the "Symphonic Tribute to Neşet Ertaş" concert. Concert recordings will continue in the coming days with the Mavi Sürgün concert, the world premiere of which pianist-composer Sabri Tuluğ Tırpan held at İş Sanat.
