Safic-Alcan Expands Partnership with Dow Polyurethanes

International specialty chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan has announced an expansion of its partnership with Dow for the distribution of polyurethane products. Leveraging the success of the existing agreement for other Dow product lines, the extension will cover Scandinavia and take effect immediately. The agreement covers trademark brands including HYPERLAST®, DURAMOULD®, VORASTAR® and DIPRANE® that deliver engineering polyurethane excellence for diverse applications such as oil, water, gas transmission and storage, as well as engineering resins, adhesives, sealants and binders. Safic-Alcan CEO Philippe Combette said "We are very pleased to extend our partnership with Dow Polyurethanes just one year after reaching an agreement for flooring adhesives for EMEA" and added "This also follows a successful launch in the United Kingdom in 2019, as well as an existing collaboration in France and the Benelux countries."
