COIM Acquires Full Ownership of Neoflex Shares

COIM, a multinational Italian company with over sixty years of experience in chemical manufacturing, has acquired all shares of Spanish adhesive company Neoflex, S.L., of which it has been the majority shareholder since 2021. Neoflex specializes in adhesives tailored for the wood processing, automotive, construction, furniture, PVC and textile industries. The acquisition represents a strategic partnership that combines the significant expertise of both firms as well as their mutual commitment to innovation and sustainability. Giuseppe Librandi, President and Chief Executive Officer of COIM, stated: "The acquisition of a controlling stake in 2021 enabled COIM to strengthen its presence in the polyurethane adhesives market, subsequently integrate COIM polyesters, and develop low environmental impact solutions with Neoflex.
