Cand-Landi, with consolidated net sales of CHF 70 million and 250 employees, operates across diverse activities ranging from recycling and waste management to aggregate and ready-mix concrete production. The acquisition will accelerate decarbonization at Holcim's Eclépens facility by providing new alternative raw material and fuel sources. It will also increase Holcim's capacity to recycle construction demolition materials into new building solutions by 100,000 tonnes annually.
