TOLKAR focuses on sustainable textile production with its solutions
TOLKAR, a developer of solutions for textile finishing and laundries, will launch its TOLKAR FUTURE central control system and automation with automatic loading and unloading systems at the ITM 2024 fair.
TOLKAR, which stands out in textile finishing and laundry technologies, is taking its place at the ITM 2024 fair to meet local and global markets during a busy business season. The company will welcome visitors at Hall 11A Stand 1130/B at the ITM 2024 international textile technologies fair, to be held at TÜYAP between 4-8 June.
Participating in the fair this year with an information stand, TOLKAR will share its new product and system launches via video with ITM visitors. The company, which has recently made a mark with environmentally friendly and sustainable ozone technology-based textile solutions, will present the TOLKAR FUTURE Central Control System and TOLKAR FUTURE Automation with Automatic Loading and Unloading system this year.
Having drawn a strong vision for sustainable textile production in recent years with ozone technology-based washing solutions, TOLKAR will focus at ITM on rising production costs and corporate sustainability. Thanks to the TOLKAR FUTURE Central Control System and Automation with Automatic Loading and Unloading system to be launched, textile manufacturers and laundry operators will be able to achieve greater efficiency.
Digital control and increased automation enhance corporate sustainability
The TOLKAR Future Automation Controlled Smart Conveyor System, developed by TOLKAR's research and development unit comprising competent engineers and interdisciplinary specialists, optimizes recipe processes based on manual calculations. This system, connected to the central system via an operator, calculates and supplies the machine with the correct quantities of water, chemicals and all other materials required for production. As a result, textiles and laundry are processed and washed according to the desired programs and recipes. This enables correct calculation of production costs on one hand and maintenance of standard product quality on the other."Taking specific steps for markets coming back to life"
TOLKAR Board Member Ata Karace stated that ITM fairs have always been an important fair for textile markets in Turkey and the region, and said they are pleased to participate in this fair with innovations. Explaining that they expect to meet visitors particularly from Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries as well as the Turkish textile industry at the fair, Karace continued: "As a company exporting to more than 90 countries, we operate with a global market plan. We know that each region has different textile production priorities and market conditions, and we are taking region-specific steps accordingly. With the impact of the revival that has started again in many markets after the pandemic, we expect ITM 2024 fair to be more active. Throughout the fair, we will present not only our most suitable finishing and laundry solutions for textile professionals, but also our new control and automation systems. In today's increasingly difficult market conditions, efficiency has now become the first and primary step to profitability. We are very excited to share with our visitors the unrivaled contribution that TOLKAR solutions provide to them."Advertisement
