Sözal Kimya Sets Sustainability Target in Production

Sözal Kimya continues sustainability efforts with Authorized Responsible Supplier Certificate and ZDHC Level 3 Certification. Sözal Kimya, which supplies its products to Turkey and various countries around the world, has a broad range of textile chemicals and dye products. By obtaining ZDHC Level 3 Certification, Sözal Kimya will conduct more sustainable production.

Sözal Kimya Obtains ZDHC Level 3 Certification

Operating since 2007, Sözal Kimya will continue its work with the "ZDHC Level 3 Certification," which regulates the use of harmful substances in textile chemicals and promotes the use of more sustainable chemicals. Sözal stated, "The ZDHC Level 3 Certificate is a certificate that regulates the use of harmful substances found in many chemicals used in textiles and promotes the use of more sustainable and harmless chemicals."

They Earned the Right to Obtain the Certificate Based on Test Results

Emphasizing that they will contribute to sustainable production, Sözal stated: "As Sözal Kimya, we applied for ZDHC Level 3 certification for a total of 99 products from the sizing, pretreatment, dye auxiliaries, and printing chemicals groups, and earned the right to obtain this certificate based on test results performed on our products. Products with ZDHC Level 3 Certification meet the standards followed by many companies and can be used by companies without any issues. We are pleased to be at the forefront of our sector with this certificate, in addition to the Authorized Responsible Supplier Certificate held by only a few companies in Turkey and especially in the chemical industry," he said.
