ARTA Tekstil Delivers Flawless Service

ARTA Tekstil continuously updates machinery park technologies through intensive research and development efforts. ARTA Tekstil founding partner Arif Nalbant, noting that the company maintains its focus on sustainability while ensuring high quality and productivity, stated: "We are working to optimize our systems by tracking current technologies to increase energy efficiency." Recently continuing its work on preventive maintenance systems, ARTA Tekstil aims to deploy alert systems in the second half of 2023 based on data collected from all critical machines regarding quality, speed and energy matters. After mathematically modeling the data it collects, ARTA Tekstil aims to move toward optimum solutions and in later stages intends to fully automate the functioning of learning algorithms systems.

ARTA Tekstil founding partner Arif Nalbant made the following remarks on the subject;

"The research and development of machinery technologies and their advancement to usable levels typically takes between 5-7 years on average. We continuously work to optimize our systems with the most current and best technologies. At the same time, we are working to develop learning algorithms systems for zero defects. The alert systems we will deploy in the second half of this year will also be an important step we are taking for the future."

Always using the latest technology for flawless service

ARTA Tekstil currently continues to serve its customers with a total of 98 machines: 30 dedicated to the weaving fabric line for dyeing and printing operations, 17 for knitting, and 51 suitable for both lines. ARTA Tekstil founding partner Arif Nalbant, stating that while production continues on one side, development activities proceed on the other, continued his remarks as follows: "We strive to always provide our customers with the fastest and highest quality solutions. Particularly since 2015, we have been working with the goal of continuously updating our machinery park from a technology perspective, prioritizing energy efficiency and fabric criteria. In fact, in line with this, we recently had new contacts at the 2023 ITMA Milano fair regarding: greige fabric, image processing systems in process control and final inspection, automatic packaging and fabric waste minimization systems, water recovery systems and energy efficiency enhancement systems."

Delivery times to shorten through optimization efforts

Performing preliminary treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes and currently producing 4 million meters of woven fabric and 900 tons of knit fabric monthly, ARTA Tekstil aims to increase production speed through learning algorithms work. Focusing on production scheduling optimization, the company aims to shorten delivery times, which are as important as quality and cost, through optimization and digitalization efforts. Nalbant stated: "We aim to reduce delivery times and make our customers' work easier. For this, we plan to actively use robot systems in packaging and shipping areas in the coming process. Additionally, as we foresee important opportunities emerging in industrial textiles in the future, we are focusing on process development and research and development efforts."
