Aksa Akrilik Increases Both Revenue and Net Profit Aksa Akrilik announced its financial results for the first half of 2022, with revenue rising to TRY 8.3 billion, up 170% compared to the same period of the previous year. The company, which continued production at full capacity, managed to increase EBITDA by 243%, while net profit exceeded TRY 1 billion. Aksa Akrilik's total investments in the first half reached TRY 413 million. Aksa Akrilik continues its successful performance in 2022. According to the company's announced results, revenue, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) and net profitability all increased once again in the first half of the year.

Net profit growth exceeds TRY 1 billion, up 149%

Aksa Akrilik increased its revenue to TRY 8.3 billion in the first half of 2022, representing a 170% increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The company achieved EBITDA of TRY 1.9 billion, with growth of 243% in this metric. Aksa Akrilik managed to increase its net profit for the first six months of the year by 149%, bringing it above TRY 1 billion.

Cengiz Taş, Board Member and General Manager of Aksa Akrilik, commented on the successful results of the first half of the year. Stating that they continue to add to Turkey's strength through production, exports and employment, Taş said: "In line with our sustainable growth targets, we have been creating added value for all our stakeholders for half a century. With acrylic fiber production carried out only by Aksa Akrilik in Turkey, we hold a strategic share in our country's exports. We have managed to improve our performance in the first half of 2022, which we started with high momentum.
