MG and TURMEPA Are Training the Environmentalists of the Future

The "Blue Detective Education Programme" organized by the Clean Seas Association / TURMEPA with the support of international fragrance manufacturer MG International Fragrance Company for high school students in the Kocaeli region has been completed. Certificates and plaques were presented to high school students who completed the training aimed at raising environmental awareness and nurturing conscious generations, at a ceremony held at MG International's Gebze facility on 5 June, World Environment Day. The training, which continued throughout the 2021-2022 academic year, was attended by 112 students from 5 high schools in the Kocaeli region. Certificates and plaques were presented to young people who completed the training designed to develop future environmentalists and create environmental awareness at a ceremony held at MG International's Gebze Facility. The ceremony, attended by high school students and teachers from Darıca Gökşen Mustafa Yücel Anatolian High School, Darıca Bahçeşehir College and Darıca Aslan Cement Technical and Industrial Vocational High School, as well as TURMEPA representatives, was hosted by Hasan Çebi, Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations at MG International Fragrance Company, and Duygu Beşbıçak, Corporate Communications Manager. Certificates Presented at Ceremony Hasan Çebi and Duygu Beşbıçak, thanking young people for showing environmental sensitivity, presented the "Blue Detective" certificates together and also presented appreciation plaques to school teachers who supported the training. TURMEPA Deputy General Manager Mine Göknar, speaking at the ceremony, said they were proud of the young people's environmental awareness and the projects they developed, and noted that they were confident the young people would carry the knowledge they gained in the training into the future. Mine Göknar thanked MG International, which supported the Blue Detective education project, as well as the participating students and teachers.
