Kimpur Aims to Reduce Plastic Pollution
Kimpur Signs IPG Commitment, Joining Collective Solutions to Plastic Challenge and Supporting International Shared Vision!
Kimpur Business Plastic Initiative (IPG) has become one of the first polyurethane system house companies to commit to reducing plastic pollution by signing the initiative.
The Business Plastic Initiative (IPG), launched in November 2019 through the collaboration of Global Compact Türkiye, SKD Türkiye and TÜSİAD, aims to encourage concrete actions by private sector organizations on the plastic issue; to consolidate existing efforts in line with the Sustainable Development Goals; to increase awareness and cooperation; to advocate and support communication.
The IPG, Turkey's first and only plastic initiative, aims to reduce plastic pollution in the country.
Aware of its environmental responsibilities to ensure a sustainable life for future generations, Kimpur has become a signatory to the IPG in order to participate in collective solutions to the plastic challenge while adding another project to its work aimed at increasing environmental benefits.
Kimpur, which supports the international shared sustainability vision, will regularly review its plastic commitments in the coming years and the progress recorded will be shared with the public every year.
