The construction sector is taking green steps to contribute to nature's sustainability and protect ecological balance.

Pointing out that changes have been made to the product characteristics of basic construction materials such as cement and concrete used in construction, Erhan Kocabaş stated: "Thanks to technological developments, changes are occurring in material and product portfolios. These changes are not only moving toward technical improvements in products, but also toward producing more environmentally friendly products that protect nature. As an example of environmentally friendly products, we can mention green cement technology produced recently that is both economical and reduces CO² emissions.
