According to a disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company's Konya plant flour silo has reached a stock capacity of 4,700 tonnes.

Ahmet Demir, Chairman of Eksim Holding Food Group and General Manager of Eksun Gıda, stated that they have made an investment of approximately TRY 40 million before tax, adding: "With our new investment, we have accelerated shipments for the domestic market and exports, improving time management efficiency in operational processes. In particular, by providing greater flexibility in production planning, we have secured the sustainability of monthly production and shipment volumes."

Eksun Gıda, which offers more than 200 product varieties under the Sinangil and Sinangil Gluten YOK brands to consumers and is among the sector's leading producers in the industrial market, is continuing investments at full pace in the new year. According to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement, the company has increased flour silo storage capacity at its Konya plant by 34.3 per cent to 4,700 tonnes. Eksun Gıda, which has achieved an 11.4 per cent growth in the total capacity of its Tekirdağ and Konya plants, has brought its total flour silo stock capacity to 11,700 tonnes.

Contributing to sustainability and efficiency
In his statements regarding the matter, Ahmet Demir, Chairman of Eksim Holding Food Group and General Manager of Eksun Gıda, noted that they have made an investment of approximately TRY 40 million before tax, stating: "With our new investment, we have accelerated shipments for the domestic market and exports, improving efficiency in time management. In particular, by providing greater flexibility in production planning, we have secured the sustainability of monthly production and shipment volumes. In this way, while increasing our storage capacity, we are taking steps to support a sustainable quality approach. As Eksun Gıda, we will continue to increase customer satisfaction and maintain our growth while preserving our quality standards."

Will provide improvements in operational processes
Noting that they have achieved significant improvements in operational processes with the commissioning of the new silos, Ahmet Demir stated: "With capacity increase, we have prevented energy and labour losses resulting from capacity imbalance, and have managed to make production uninterrupted by reducing waiting times caused by shipments. This situation has also facilitated maintenance periods of machines, increasing both efficiency and product quality. Since each product is stored in its own silo, we prevent quality problems and produce and deliver our products to our customers at higher standards."
