Alarko’s “Positive Impact-Green Collar” Program Graduates Receive Their Certificates

Alarko's "Positive Impact-Green Collar Program" implemented across the Group graduated more than 60 participants this year. The program, which brings together theoretical knowledge with best practices and offers a multilayered learning model, contributes to integrating sustainability principles into business practices across all Group Companies and deepening positive collective impact.

Alarko Holding views sustainability as a transformation field that redefines how we think, make decisions and produce, and operates impact-driven programs to spread this approach across the entire organization. Believing that sustainable transformation will be possible with human resources that are highly aware in this field and equipped with technical knowledge, Alarko Holding offers Community employees a multilayered learning model through the Positive Impact-Green Collar Program.

This year, the program, conducted in collaboration with various institutions including Yenibirlider Association, Istanbul Kültür University, İzmir Dokuz Eylül University, Istanbul Bilgi University, KPMG Turkey and Habitat Association, brings together theoretical knowledge with best practices on different topics.

Positive Impact: A Learning Journey That Transforms Knowledge into Impact
In 2026, the Positive Impact-Green Collar Program, which graduated more than 60 participants with the participation of Alarko's employees operating across Turkey, contributes to integrating sustainability principles into business practices across the Community and deepening "Collective Impact" work.
In the program, which reaches 50 training hours per person, "Carbon Management", "International Regulations and Practices", "Sustainability Reporting and Assessment Indices", "Audit and Regulations", "Digital Transformation and Green Technologies", "Circular Economy and Resource Management", "Gender Equality", "Responsible Communication", "Corporate Social Responsibility" and "Social Impact Assessment modules" are included. Throughout the training process, participants have the opportunity to evaluate global trends and best practice examples, adapt the knowledge they have acquired to their own fields of work, and develop joint projects together with employees from different Community companies.

Carbon Neutral Training Program
The Positive Impact-Green Collar Program, which aims to develop a shared language and approach regarding sustainability and serves as a platform that strengthens knowledge sharing and synergy among Community companies, is organized as "carbon neutral".
Sustainability indicators account for 5-10 percent in the performance systems and target scorecards of all Alarko Group Companies. Performance results go through evaluation by senior management at the Collective Impact Day held annually with the participation of Community sustainability leaders, in order for sustainability to become a corporate reflex.
