Alarko Holding continues positioning sustainability as a strategic transformation area bringing together economic, environmental and social impact. Within this scope, the "Shared Impact Day" event addressed group companies' 2025 sustainability performance, future-period targets and best practice examples.
The event, held as carbon neutral in the Holding Conference Hall, was attended by senior executives and sustainability leaders from group companies. At the event, awards were presented to companies distinguished by high-impact and scalable sustainability projects.
Ümit N. Yıldız: "We place sustainability at the core of our growth strategy"
Ümit N. Yıldız, delivering the event's opening remarks, emphasized that climate risks have become a reality producing not only environmental but also economic consequences.
Yıldız used the following statements in his address:
"Wherever there are risks, there are certainly opportunities as well. With this perspective, we place sustainability not only at the core of our business models but also of our growth plans and investments."
Noting that clean energy, green technologies and impact investments will gain further importance in the coming period, Yıldız emphasized that energy efficiency, circular economy, biodiversity and social impact projects present important business opportunities for the company.
