Stäubli Industrial Machinery and Accessories Trading Ltd. Co.
When industrial companies need speed, repeatability and reliability, Stäubli robots provide the most suitable solution. In this context, Stäubli Robotics has developed specialized solutions that meet the requirements of all industries to satisfy its customers. Thus, Stäubli establishes human-machine collaboration as standard practice in numerous industries including electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food, plastics, mechanical engineering, paints and coatings, and others.
HE (Humid Environment) represents wet environments in meaning and refers to the Stäubli product range designed for use in such environments, increasingly used in food and metal parts cleaning lines. Fundamentally, HE robots are designed for all applications involving direct contact with liquids and cleaning detergents. Originally designed for machine tools, the food industry, or water jet cutting, this robot has become a success story in the industrial parts cleaning sector. Through this; with Humid Environment (HE) robots, you can maintain high performance in wet and challenging environments without interrupting your production process.
For over 10 years, the HE (Humid Environment) concept has increased its reputation in the sector through its references. These robots are designed to perform various tasks such as transporting parts during a wet chemical cleaning cycle from initial component feeding to parts cleaning lines, and actively cleaning them with a powerful high-pressure jet.
Unique 4 and 6-axis humid environment robot series for all applications
Key Features
Reinforced with a waterproof design and featuring a fully enclosed arm structure, these robots demonstrate resistance to liquids with pH values between 4.5 and 8.5. Thanks to the special surface coating, the wrist and arm are protected against external influences. In this regard, it contains a tool flange and critical parts made of stainless steel. Additionally, the IP67 wrist provides protection against low-pressure immersion and corrosion. The smooth glossy coating on the robot surface makes arm cleaning easier. For advanced connection protection, there are intermediate connection cables positioned beneath the arm. 6-axis humid environment robots are also approved for salt environments and do not require additional protective covers. With 6 axes, it offers an articulated arm for exceptional dexterity and flexibility. The arm's compactness and wide working range enable maximum utilization of the cell working area. Robot integration into the production line becomes easier through multiple mounting methods. The robot can be mounted on the floor, ceiling and wall as desired.
Added Values of Stäubli Robot Arms
High precision, long service life and low maintenance
With the JCS gearbox designed by Stäubli, you can achieve production for many years without experiencing any performance loss.
Optimal cleaning, arm movement freedom and production reliability
All cables and hoses are routed through the arm by eliminating obstacles in the working area, and the robot features a fully enclosed design.
Optimal workspace utilization
Large areas are not required to position the robot. With these robots featuring a wide working envelope, you can increase your production performance even in a smaller area.
Surface and color customization
Color and surface options are available for the robot arm.
Elimination of complex cable management
Direct connection to the robot forearm is provided through electrical I/O and Ethernet cables, and this configuration achieves a functional appearance.
Precise trajectory performance
Along with its robust design and component quality, continuous high performance in your precision applications is ensured through reduced rework costs.
