KROHNE Tutorials: New YouTube Video Channel for Industrial Process Measurement Device Users

KROHNE launches "KROHNE Tutorials" YouTube channel with instructional videos on industrial process measurement instruments. Starting with the H250 M40 and OPTISWIRL flow meters, the channel features user-focused Installation-Commissioning-Verification (ICV) videos accessible at: https://krohne.link/krohnetutorials ICV videos have been developed by KROHNE to demonstrate in short video format the initial steps users must perform after purchasing a new instrument. Depending on device type and characteristic features, each video covers typical procedures relating to unboxing, mechanical installation, electrical connections, commissioning and verification. The introductory sections of the videos provide a general overview of removing devices from their boxes and all components and documentation provided as standard with the flow meters. The mechanical assembly section covers connection alignment, inlet and outlet sections, connection options, pipe insulation and positioning of control valves with the flow meters; the electrical connection section demonstrates correct wiring details such as power supply connection or limit switch connection. The commissioning section shows initial device settings such as language selection or analog output configuration, while the verification section demonstrates how to verify the device with OPTICHECK or how to check whether the device operates as expected. The first ICV videos have been prepared for the H250 M40 variable area flow meter and OPTISWIRL 4200 vortex flow meter, and are available in 8 languages on the YouTube KROHNE Tutorials channel: English, Chinese, Czech, German, French, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
