Duravant Acquires NPI Duravant, a leading provider of engineering equipment, is expanding its material handling equipment portfolio through the acquisition of NPI. Duravant LLC, a global provider of engineering equipment and automation solutions to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, has announced the acquisition of National Presort, LP, the leading manufacturer of automated case sortation systems based in Fort Worth, TX. NPI has served e-commerce, courier, parcel post, warehouse and fulfillment operations for over 45 years with advanced turnkey equipment solutions designed to increase efficiency, improve accuracy and reduce fulfillment time.
