Özdemir stated, "We have successfully transferred our repetitive tasks to robots on a serious scale. In 2025, we will use artificial intelligence-based systems to a significant extent."

Two robots deployed through UiPath partnership

Operating in the logistics sector for 45 years, Boltaş is introducing many innovations in technology and IT infrastructure. The company produces process improvement and efficiency-enhancing projects, software and applications through its R&D department. Harun Özdemir, Technology and R&D Director and Board Member, noted that over the past 2 years they have strengthened their technology infrastructure to increase efficiency and provide better traceability to their customers. He stated: "In 2023, we made significant investments in robotic process automation. We deployed two robots through our UiPath partnership. We have successfully transferred our repetitive tasks from teams to robots on a serious scale. Our robots manage data entry and communication between our infrastructure service providers and business partners. In all our service processes, transferring our critical documents to systems, automatically triggering and executing linked operations provides both efficiency and faster communication." Conducting work that will reduce carbon emissions while increasing efficiency Özdemir shared that they have also made important improvements to their infrastructure, creating a system capable of providing comprehensive traceability and reliable estimated arrival notifications. Significant artificial intelligence use planned for 2025

Özdemir noted in his remarks that they are working with companies that produce technologies capable of obtaining location information without requiring GPS signals. Özdemir stated: "We have transformed our software to provide better traceability to our customers, and we will see more visible results this year. In line with our strategic plan, in 2025 we will significantly use artificial intelligence in our services such as data analysis, forecasting, optimization, planning and vehicle tracking. Our technological infrastructure and expert team are already prepared for this."
