Sasa Polyester Applies to CMB
Sasa Polyester has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for capital increase.
In a statement made by Sasa Polyester Sanayi AŞ to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated: "It has been unanimously decided to increase the company's issued capital of TRY 2,302,591,217 to TRY 5,295,959,799.10 within the existing registered capital ceiling of TRY 15 billion; to cover the increased amount of TRY 2,993,368,582.10 with TRY 2,940,766,824.35 from 2022 earnings and TRY 52,601,757.75 from extraordinary reserves; to grant free shares at a rate of 130 percent for each share held by our shareholders; to conduct the necessary transactions with the Central Registry Agency; and to obtain the required permits from the Capital Markets Board. Within the scope of this decision, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board today."
