SANKO HOLDİNG's Packaging Investment SÜPER FİLM Makes 'Super' Investment

SUPER FILM, a flexible packaging film producer operating under SANKO HOLDİNG and exporting to 5 continents, will increase its film production to 184,000 tonnes/year and metalize coating capacity to 35,000 tonnes/year through investments in a new 10.4-meter BRUCKNER 4th BOPP line and 6th BOBST Metalize machine, positioning itself as the 9th largest packaging film producer globally, excluding the Far East and Americas. Established in 1993 under SANKO HOLDİNG, SUPER FILM currently produces 70,000 tonnes/year of BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, 48,000 tonnes of BOPET (biaxially oriented polyester) film, 6,000 tonnes of cast and barrier film, and carton tape. The company also produces metallized film by coating its films with aluminum at a capacity of 28,000 tonnes/year, and applies different properties such as high barrier and easy-open features to films produced on its specialty coating line with a capacity of 12,000 tonnes/year. It serves domestic and international customers in this field. In a statement regarding the new investment, SUPER FILM General Manager Fahri Özer said: "As SUPER FILM, exporting to 5 continents including Europe, Americas, Africa, Australia, and Asia, with our investments in a new 10.4-meter BRUCKNER 4th BOPP line and 6th BOBST Metalize machine, we will increase film production to 184,000 tonnes/year and metalize coating capacity to 35,000 tonnes/year. Through this investment, SUPER FILM will be positioned as the 9th largest packaging film producer globally, excluding the Far East and Americas."
