Composites constitute the main materials in blade production, and these blades are created through intensive labor. Blades are primarily composed of fiberglass, carbon fiber and resin. In production, wind turbine blades are manufactured in two shells, and the molds that form the shells vary according to blade length. For this reason, the amount of fabric used for the shells also varies. After the shell phase, the surface preparation stage of the turbines begins. Following sandpapering and connection operations for tower mounting in the relevant section, certain technical processes are carried out.
