LifePort Completes Major Acquisition
Aircraft manufacturer LifePort has formally announced its acquisition of the advanced materials business unit from Aeromatrix Composites.
LifePort, known for aerospace medical, specialty interiors and armor solutions, announced that it has acquired certain portions of Aeromatrix, including composite flat and formed panels, adhesives (ATR525, ATR1000 and ATR500), all ATR panel fasteners and attachments, as well as load component products.
