Kordsa Named Best Company in Brazil

Kordsa named "best company" in Brazil. Following interviews with employees conducted by Você S.A., one of Brazil's most important magazines, Kordsa Brazil was designated as the "best company to work for" in the general category among textile-sector companies with fewer than 500 employees. Among the other 150 companies on the list, the happiness index of Kordsa employees was determined at 87.5%. Kordsa, which also received the award in 2017 and 2018, has seen a notably rising happiness index since 2011, which is viewed as a result of the company's leadership policies that place employees at the center, listen to them, inspire them, and foster the determination and motivation to overcome challenges together. At Kordsa, the CEO and senior executives regularly visit facilities worldwide each year to meet with employees and exchange ideas with them. Kordsa has been drawing attention recently with numerous awards it has received in Brazil. Previously ranking among the best employer brands in Brazil's Bahia Region four times consecutively according to the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW), Kordsa also placed 18th among Brazil's best employers in a ranking conducted by the same institution. Additionally, the Company earned the "Best Practices in Internship Programs" award given by Instituto Euvaldo Lodi for two consecutive years, and in 2017 received the highest score among companies included for the first time on the list prepared by Você S.A., making it the recipient of the "Best Rising Company Special Award."
